One-time donation

For one-time donations, a minimum amount of $20 is required due to constraints within our payment system.

By making a gift to Kasih Dog Shelter, you’ll receive an email confirming your donation.

Monthly donations

For monthly donations, the minimum donation amount requirement is set at $10.

Your authorisation for Kasih Dog Shelter to debit the specified amount from your credit card or PayPal account monthly will be processed as follows:

• The first donation will be processed immediately.
• The subsequent donations will be billed on the billing cycle anchor (when the subscription was created).

For example, a donor with a monthly donation set to cycle on the 2nd of the month will always be billed on the 2nd.

If a month doesn’t have the anchor day, the donation will be billed on the last day of the month. For example, a subscription starting on January 31 bills on February 28 (or February 29 in a leap year), then March 31, April 30, and so on.

If you would like to stop your monthly donation effective from the next transaction, please email us at [email protected] 7 days before the billing cycle anchor.

Refund policy

Any request for refund of contributions already donated to Kasih Dog Shelter by a donor will be considered and determined on a case by case basis.

When a request for a refund is received, an assessment of the reason given for the refund request will be undertaken by us. The following reasons are typically be considered favourably:

• An error has been made by Kasih Dog Shelter;
• A donor's banking details are fraudulently obtained and used;
• Kasih Dog Shelter has received a donor's details in error;
• A donor has previously requested that monthly donations be cancelled, however the donations have continued. The refund will be to the maximum of the last donation amount unless a donor can provide proof of the original cancellation request;
• May issue a refund based on financial hardship – however this will be to the maximum of the last donation amount.

If it is agreed, refunds will be returned to the Bank or PayPal account originally debited within 5 - 10 working days.
